What Exactly Am I Doing? The goal is to abstain from eating for 90 days. To compensate, I’ll be drinking smoothies, juice, herbs, and of course plenty of water . It’s possible I’ll have some low days along the way, and on those days, I’ll be consuming raw, plant-based foods only. Some of you will get to experience me in new depths, as I experience myself .
